ビーガン王子が、YouTube番組「ONETIME」の新企画「マッチング」に出演しました。今回参加したのは、荒牧理沙さん回のエピソードで、目の前で男性出演者の“顔面点数”がつけられるという、緊張感も見どころもたっぷりの企画です。
普段とはまた違った切り口の出演となりましたが、収録を通して、ビーガン王子の自然体なリアクションや人柄が伝わる内容となりました。本人も当初はかなり緊張していたものの、収録後には「正直、目の前で顔面点数をつけられるなんて初めてでかなりソワソワしました。でも、終わってみたら本当に楽しくて驚きました」と振り返っています。
また、スタッフや共演者の温かい雰囲気も印象的だったようで、「皆さんが本当に優しくて、帰るのが少し寂しくなるほどでした。こうした機会をいただけたことに心から感謝しています」とコメントしています。
さらに今回の出演は、ビーガン王子にとって個人的にも特別な経験となりました。以前から英語圏の似たYouTubeシリーズを好んで見ていたこともあり、「昔好きで見ていたような企画に、まさか自分が、しかも日本で出演することになるなんて不思議な気持ちでした。人生がどこにつながっていくのか、改めて面白さを感じました」と語っています。
今後、再び同シリーズに出演する可能性もあるとのこと。今後の展開にもぜひご注目ください。

Vegan Oji appeared on the YouTube show “ONETIME” as part of its new series “Matching.” This episode featured Risa Aramaki and a bold concept in which the male participants were rated on their looks right in front of one another, creating a tense but highly entertaining atmosphere.
The appearance offered a different kind of exposure from Vegan Oji’s usual activities and gave viewers a chance to see his honest reactions and natural personality in a new setting. Although he admitted he was quite nervous at first, he later reflected positively on the experience, saying that being rated to his face was something he had never experienced before, but that the shoot ended up being genuinely fun.
He also shared how much the kindness of the cast and staff stood out to him. According to Vegan Oji, the atmosphere on set was so warm and welcoming that he even felt a little sad to leave, and he remains sincerely grateful to have been included in the project.
On a more personal level, the appearance also felt meaningful because he used to enjoy watching similar YouTube series in English in the past. For that reason, being invited to join a similar format in Japan felt especially memorable and reminded him how unexpectedly life can unfold.
